In order to satisfy our customers needs we have to follow some simple but fair rules. The goal of creating them is to achieve a workflow that will be acceptable, efficient and easy. You are welcome to discuss any of the below points. We can always "stretch the line" to satisfy any particular needs.
Pricing and packages
Prices, scale of services and packages contents are valid and guaranteed on the date of the photography service offer issued. Due to possible website updates GB Photography reserves the right to apply changes to the website contents without earlier notice. Services are updated periodically to achieve satisfaction of customers and more competitive photographic services offered. Changes and updates are considered as a business development practices.
Booking procedure
1. Pre-event consultation outlining the specification of service which will be provided is essential.
2. A photography contract must be signed to secure legal rights of both parties.
3. After satisfactory agreement customer pays a booking deposit.
4. Depending on the service or package payment plan, another (one or more) pre-service payment can be required to be paid by the customer before service date.
5. On the event day photos are taken with full responsibility for quality, and exactly as described at the pre-event consultation.
6. Depending on complexity and size of the event, within 10 to 30 working days after the event, customer is receiving details required to preview the online proofs.
7. Once the photos are ready for delivery, customer is required to pay the remaining amount of the total agreed sum.
Photo proofs delivery
An online photo gallery is provided to present all the photos taken on the day of the event. Customer will be supplied with a (https) secure link which will allow to preview the images and to select a photo album photos or other package contents.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Customer can change the date of the event free of charge. Photographer availability on the new date must be confirmed while lodging the request. Cancellation of service must be formally lodged before the service date. There is a 7 day cool off period for all refunds. If for any reason customer will cancel the contract a refund will be issued. After 7 days of cool off period cancellation fee applies. The cancellation fee is equivalent to the amount of booking deposit paid. All additional pre-service payments paid by customer will be refunded up to 30 days from the date of the cancellation notice received.
Copyright
As described under Australian and International Statutory Laws, all copyright rights to photographs taken are solely the possession of GB Photography. Photos delivered to customer are strictly for personal, non commercial use only, unless Photography Contract indicates any permissions given.
